Will/Won't Draw here.In requesting and agreeing to a commission from me, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service, which will not be superseded by any other terms unless agreed upon in writing. Paypal invoice/GBP only.
Payment received by any means other than an invoice will be refunded.

For flat-rate commissions, I take payment up-front and will begin work upon receipt of payment.

For by-the-hour commissions (£20ph) I can work flexibly with you and work in instalments - ask me about these if you're interested!

My flat-rate commission prices reflect an estimated base rate of £15GBP per hour. Rates are subject to change, and some styles of commission may carry different hourly rates; however, any commissions placed before any price changes will not be affected by those changes.

For commissions under £150, full payment must be made up front. For those above £150, the option is available to pay half up-front and half on completion.

If initial payment is not recieved within a week of the invoice being sent out, your commission will be placed on hold and the slot opened up for another commissioner. (Should your commission be cancelled in this way, message me when a slot has reopened, and when payment is sent I'll resume work!)CONTENT/SUBJECT MATTER

I will not draw, under any circumstances:
- hateful imagery of any kind: sexist, racist, transphobic, homophobic imagery etc. will not be drawn
- certain explicit sexual fetishes (see Will/Won't Draw), or sexual scenes featuring anything less than enthusiastic consent
- gore or graphic violence✦
I am willing to draw trademarked and "fan" characters, but you as the client retain liability.PROCESS✦
Within a few days of payment, I will send you one to three initial rough sketches to review before moving on to tidy sketches. At this stage, you are welcome to ask for any important revisions to pose or composition at no extra charge. During the cleanup of the sketch, you are allotted one major revision (significant edits to pose, composition or background elements) and two minor revisions (small alterations to minor individual details).Any revisions that are the result of myself missing a detail from a visual reference are free.

I send regular WiP updates. Depending on which stages apply to your commission, I will send updates at these stages: rough sketch, tidy sketch, lineart, flat colour, shading.

You are allowed to reupload your commission with credit and a link to softmonstrous@fA / softmonstrous@twitter

Using my art for commercial purposes without my express permission to do so is not allowed in any form. (If you would like to use my designs for commercial purposes, please contact me directly.)

I will always ask permission if I am considering working on your commissions during my streams [Sat 8:30AM-1PM GMT]. Please do not ask for commission update information during an unrelated stream - message me instead, and I will respond when available.

If I do not receive a response within two weeks after an update, your commission will be considered on hold and your slot reopened - I will message you notifying you of this. If there is no response for a further week, your commission will be considered cancelled, and you will be refunded proportionally to work completed. (See Refunds)

I have rights to decline any commission for any reason.
✦DEADLINES / RUSH WORKAverage turnaround time from the point that I begin work depends on complexity, typically ranging 2 weeks for simpler commissions to 1-2 months for complex ones, as I currently fit commissions work in alongside my other job. If there are to be delays, I will notify you as soon as possible and keep you updated.

If you have a date a commission needs completing by, please inform me alongside your initial commission form. I will let you know if I feel I will be able to satisfactorily produce your commission in that timeframe.

Rush jobs may incur additional costs (50%-100% of the quoted price, depending on close the deadline).
✦REFUNDSIf I am for any reason fully unable to complete your commission after payment I will refund its cost in full.

If you wish to cancel a commission, you will be refunded proportionally to the commission's completion at the point of cancellation - I will only retain payment for the amount of work completed. (For example, if I had begun colouring, you may be refunded 50%.)
